BuildTrust® is initiated as a sample standard for residential builders to support high quality construction for landed residential homes. The standard supports a professional approach to design, according to architect's & owners' specification.
Importance of BuildTrust®
BuildTrust® is a construction quality assessment scheme developed by MBAS in consultation with the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) and various Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) within the built environment. It is designed to enhance the standards of both landed properties and micro projects. The BuildTrust® scheme prioritises the establishment of essential standards for landed residential properties and micro projects, introducing a standardised grading process to evaluate construction quality in these homes.
